Shipping Terms and Conditions
We offer 1st Class Parcel and Priority Mail Shipping to the Contiguous 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C., on the continent of North America. However, we do not ship to non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All shipments will generate a shipment confirmation/tracking number that you can use to track your order.
While we make every possible effort to guarantee that your order arrives to you within the time period specified for the shipping method you’ve chosen, there are instances when mail will be delayed during the holiday seasons (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) due to backed up U.S. mail processing. Also, there may be instances when Post Offices and other mailing facilities are closed due to inclement weather. For this reason, we ask that you take these delays into consideration when placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations and/or credits will be issued within 15 business days. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order.
Wincies Incorporated reserves the right to cancel/not accept any order for any reason as determined by Wincies Incorporated management with no cancellation fee assessed.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address:

In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.

Our Customer Service Department must approve all returns. Returned without authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender. Credit will only be considered for merchandise that has our approval.
Wincies Incorporated will issue a refund for any authorized returns within 30 days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. We cannot begin processing an authorized return until we receive the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping of the product. Please ship using a carrier that provide tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We recommend USPS with Confirmation and Tracking, UPS or FEDEX. Wincies Incorporated cannot be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
